Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ApplyMAX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ApplyMAX is an AI copilot that analyzes resumes and job postings, generates tailored resumes and cover letters, and helps you track applications. Outputs are AI-generated and require your review before use.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed via Whop on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your experience or credentials; (b) upload content you do not own; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (d) use ApplyMAX for unlawful purposes; (e) submit malware or attempt to disrupt our systems.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and profile content you provide. You grant ApplyMAX a limited license to process this content solely to operate the service.

7. AI outputs

AI-generated resumes and cover letters may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before submitting to employers. ApplyMAX does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

The ApplyMAX platform, branding, and code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific hiring results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApplyMAX's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
